The owner wanted to come out first to look at the space to make sure it would fit. He arrived early for his appointment and after observing the leak and running a few tests with the faucets, discovered it wasn't the water heater at all. It was our ejector pump. He did not charge me anything for making a 25-minute trip here, and saved us over $1,400. He did give us a quote on the water heater which was competitive with other quotes we had received as well.
